Homemade Seasoned Tortilla Chips

These homemade vegan seasoned tortilla chips are a simple and tasty alternative to potato chips. They are a great snack on their own and perfect for dipping in hummus, salsa, guacamole, and much more.





Here is what you will need to make about two servings of chips.

  • Two soft tortillas.
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • garlic powder
An optional but super tasty addition is Trader Joe's Lemon Pepper

 Follow these easy steps and you will have yourself homemade tortilla chips! 
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Rip tortillas into chip sized pieces
  3. Put tortilla pieces on a pan with tinfoil
  4. Drizzle olive oil
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Sprinkle garlic powder
  7. optional: grind Trader Joe's Lemon Pepper to taste 
  8. Bake for 6 minutes or until crispy.
  9. Allow to cool
  10. Enjoy!
